Sales Associate sought by growing Luxury Brand for their beautiful boutique in Frankfurt.

My Client is one of the fastest growing brands in Europe.

They are now looking for a sales associate to help build a successful store tin the centre of Frankfurt am Main.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic sales associate to join our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for offering exceptional customer service, ensuring the store reflects the brand, and being part of a team that meets and exceeds sales targets. Your will be key in fostering a collaborative and positive environment where every team member feels empowered to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Lead by example in providing personalized, attentive service to all clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Store Operations: Be part of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Presentation of our jewelry collections
- Opportunity to travel and support our branches in Germany

Your Profile
- Profound experience in high-end or premium retail
- Enthusiasm for high quality products, and of course, you enjoy giving excellent customer service.
- Professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong service awareness.
- Ability to work in a team and to operate confidently in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Very good knowledge of German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
