**Sales Associate / Watches Advisor (m/w/d)**

**Vollzeit oder Teilzeit möglich -**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Qualifizierte Beratung unserer exklusiven Kundschaft und Verkauf der gesamten Kollektion unseres Hauses
- Aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden und Pflege des bestehenden Kundenkreises
- Übernahme diverser administrativer Aufgaben (z. B. Pflege unserer Kundendatenbank und Teilnahme an Inventuren etc.)
- Unterstützung im Bereich Visual Merchandising
- Nutzung aller modernen Verkaufswege

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder im Gastgewerbe oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Uhrmacher
- Starkes Streben Perfektion mit einer Leidenschaft für Kreativität, mechanischen Uhren und das Maison
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie und agile Denkweise, Teamplayer
- Fähigkeit, durch starke Kommunikation dauerhafte Beziehungen zu Menschen aufzubauen
- Bieten Sie hervorragenden Kundenservice, einschließlich persönlich, telefonisch und durch elektronische Kommunikation
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, eine weitere Sprache on top ist von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich CRM und Warenwirtschatssystem
