MISSION
To manage the Operations area, to define and promote implementation of Ficosa's Operational strategy at country level, always taking into account both future customers' needs and the status of the operations areas.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Define, develop and ensure the implementation of the plans and strategies for the country to support the mission, vision and long-term objectives in cooperation with Corporate. Adjust them to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
Promote the development strategy of production Plants, provider/s and Projects, enhance Ficosa image as an excellent partner to Manufacturing, ensuring the best current and future profitability.
Top management shall demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to OHSE management system by ensuring that HSE Policies and objectives are established and are compatible with the strategic direction and the context of Ficosa.
Assure the successful launch and implementation of the different nature operations projects which affect the Country.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar

**Languages**: Advanced in English (spoken & written)

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position would be of additional value
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

**Additional training**: Specialized in manufacturing finances, management control, manufacturing, engineering or basic training in OHSE management, would be of additional value
