- **Hannover or Lehrte** who will contribute to this. That might be you?

**Your contribution to TenneT**:

- You **lead the project team**. You do **monthly reportings** (formal and informal) on the progress of the project to LPO Management
- You develop and maintain good **relationships with intenral and external stakeholders**:

- You are responsible for **resource management**, **personnel development** and **timely transfers of qualified staff** into new projects/departments upon the completion of projects. You also ensure **smooth hand-overs to Operations**:

- You facilitate the **standardization and coherence between projects**. You promote efficiency, cost reduction, consistency, synergies and lessons learned across LPO, especially in the other 900MW projects within the LPO-DC department
- Acting as a role model, you** lead your people to develop and demonstrate mindsets and behaviors** **that align with TenneT’s principles** (a strong result-orientation, determined decision-making) **and values** (connection, ownership and courage)

**Your profile and background**:

- You have **a relevant university degree** (e.g. technical management, project management, business administration) and bring an academic level of working and thinking
- You have **3+ years of leadership experience in managing large-scale international projects**, ideally in sectors such as **energy, offshore, infrastructure and technology**:

- Preferably, you are familiar with the BorWin5 project
- Your have a **IPMA-B certificate or similar**. You have a proven track record regarding SHE and a great affinity for safety, planning and quality in a high risk environment
- You are** a team player** and are ready to coach and influence the others in a **result-oriented** manner. You promote **cooperation **through your **excellent communication skills**.
- Your are fluent in **English**, both verbally and in writing

**This will be our challenge**:

- Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.**Additional information**:
