**What’s the role?**

We all have a role to play in enabling Shell’s Powering Progress strategy. Contracting and Procurement Lead role has been revamped to empower & support our business partners both internally and externally on the decarbonization and sustainability ambition in line with the Group’s vision for 2050.

As part of the Lubes Supply Chain extended leadership team, you will work closely with supply chain business professionals to co-create the future strategy of GLC and Ghent footprint in EMEA region, including new and innovative solutions to help digitize the core of our business operations.

This role sits within the CP DS Lubes EMEA team and reports to CP Manager Lubes EMEA while leveraging on multiple stakeholders across the region i.e. 3P Contract Management and Supply Chain Development EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Will lead DACH and Belgium CAPEX projects while implementing strategic partnerships with third party providers
- Prime responsibility is DACH / GLC market while providing ad-hoc support for Belgium / Ghent

**What we need from you**
- Proven university track record of execution excellence and delivering results, ideally in the Supply Chain, Business & Law studies / field
- Commercial experience, ideally in Procurement or other commercial roles
- Experience in or sound knowledge of CAPEX, E&O projects as well as logistics category is desirable
- Experience in or sound understanding of the Group CMCP (Category Management and Contracting Process) and commercial contract management technique is preferred
- Fluent in English and German languages
- Experience and track record in front-line negotiations is desirable
- CIPS certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for team and community work
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Learner mindset and can-do attitude
