**Your responsibilities**
- You plan and prepare all overall vehicle testing activities in Europe on smart EU test vehicles
- You Perform overall vehicle testing in various places in Europe
- Interpret test results and create reports for issue identification and product improvement process
- When the opportunity arises, participate in some testing activities in China
- Support events in Europe for PR and Marketing purposes

**What you bring along**
- You have 3+ years’ experience working in research and development in an OEM or Tier1
- You bring professional experience in EU road testing (advantageous)
- You must have a EU valid driving license and solid driving skills on test driver level
- You have flexibility and willingness to travel as required
- You bring knowledge of MS office tools and vehicle Data Acquisition Tools
- You have knowledge of vehicle EE architecture (HX11 is a plus)
- You possess excellent organizational, analytical skills and multi-tasking skills
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German, Chinese or other language is a plus)
- You bring a Bachelor, Master degree of Automotive Engineering or related technical education background
