**Your responsibilities**
- You are responsible for the daily operations to fulfil customer demands regarding outbound logistics in interaction with HQ, markets, service providers and others
- You develop our transport relevant IT systems together with IT colleagues and keep data in the systems always up to date.
- You provide forecasts and discuss necessary actions with forwarders
- You align and measure KPIs, safeguard transport quality and assure a problem free customs clearance process
- You optimize the supply chain and lead continuous improvement workshops
- You adapt the IT system regarding transportation
- You are responsible for vehicle ordering from joint venture partners and the safeguarding supply chain from Asia to Europe
- You consult markets in regards of finding the best transportation solution for specific customer needs in B2C or B2B businesses
- You are responsible for the verification of invoices and the adaptation of processes to create the foundation for a smooth payment process between service providers and internal Finance team
- You are responsible for other topics such as ordering and distribution; innovations, new supplier development, airfreight of vehicles and others

**What you bring along**
- You have a university degree in Logistics or comparable education
- You have a minimum first experience of 3-5 years in similar positions in a forwarding agency or a production environment
- You are proficient in SAP, Transport Management Systems and Microsoft Office (incl. Teams)
- You are fluent in English; any other language especially German and Chinese is a plus
- You are a team player
- You have the willingness to learn
- You blend well in a multicultural environment
- You have a curious personality
- You are open to travel
