**Your mission**:

- Contract management, including review legal content and drafting templates of Framework Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, NDAs, RFIs
- Develop and review of company contracts and structures in close cooperation with the Sales department
- Draft and process contracts and offers, ensuring smooth execution after signing
- Assist with legal inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Monitor developments and conduct legal research on international laws and regulations impacting our business particularly data protection, financial services regulations, and artificial intelligence
- Creation and optimization of cross-departmental processes
- Optimization of Salesforce as well as supporting with quotes and offers
- Coordination with external counsels and business partners
- Support in compliance with data protection regulations

**Your profile**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Previous education in the field of business law or law (degree or first state examination, possibly completed training), business lawyer or comparable
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and at the same time an independent, structured way of working
- Ability to provide legally sound and pragmatic legal advice
- Reliable and high sense of responsibility with excellent organizational skills
- Resilient and time management skills to keep tight deadlines
- Experience in legal operations and legal tech as well as a high affinity for IT and eCommerce
- Excellent research and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal issues
- Independent and problem-solving oriented working style
- Excellent customer orientation and communication skills with regard to different target groups and hierarchical levels
- Good knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
