The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz. **The role**: You will lead the post-production team, supervise the work of the post-production managers and as well take up post-production and retouching projects that need creativity, a high level of technical expertise, and composition skills. Through speed and agility, you will ensure that all our standards are upheld and deadlines are met. Above all, we are looking for people who will **make HelloFresh** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **What you'll do**: - **Lead and inspire** the team of post-production managers within the HelloFresh Studio on a daily basis - **Working hand in hand** with our Creative Leadership, while guiding the post-production team on projects, both in the HelloFresh Studio and remotely - **Collaborate** with Studio Leadership and Producers on weekly asset delivery planning - **Deliver** on-brand, retouched imagery, while developing and elevating concepts and workflows with the Creative team and stakeholders - **Manage **relationships with stakeholders across the globe, identify and streamline common demand - **Meet** multiple ambitious deadlines, while relentlessly prioritizing post-production jobs and coordinating with multiple stakeholders - **Maintain** efficient and cost-effective output rates in both peak and off periods, by booking freelance collaborators and working with production/creative agencies when necessary - **Improve** daily processes constantly in collaboration with Studio Leadership, incl. structuring and increase usage of our digital asset management system - **Innovate & Scale** post-production processes & ways of working to match a constantly evolving business and its needs - **Optimize **post-production workflows to deliver consistent top-notch quality, while ensuring clear visual differentiation among all of our brands **What you'll bring**: - You are a Senior professional with 5+ years experience, ideally from an eCommerce or agency environment, and have at least 2 years of experience managing teams - You are experienced in global matrix organizations - You have a solid technical background in editing, post-production, retouching, and commercial production.
