Für unseren Kunden, eine nordische Bank mit deutschem Sitz in Berlin, besetzen wir ab sofort folgende Position in Festanstellung:
Operations Director (m/w/d)

**Fakten**
- 38h-Woche
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten
- 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr

**Dein Aufgabenprofil**
- Verantwortung für den Customer Service, Onboarding Prozesse sowie für Beschwerden
- Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Teamleitern und den Teams in den Fachbereichen
- Strategische Planung von kosteneffizienten IT-Projekten
- Führung und Motivation der Teammitglieder und Führungsgskräfte
- Sicherstellung der KPI's

**Dein Qualifikationsprofil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operations Management
- Erfahrung bei der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Fähigkeit Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Projekte eigenständig anzutreiben
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
