**Location**: Berlin.

Tasks
- Design mobile and sometimes web experiences that are simple and intuitive.
- Understand and incorporate specific needs of pet owners into design strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction by conducting user research and usability studies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ideate and iterate on new features focused on pet health monitoring, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Build, maintain and continuously enhance Feniska design system.
- Analyze user feedback and activity, and adjust UI/UX strategies accordingly to improve functionality and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools in both UI/UX design and pet health innovations.
- Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure that the user interface communicates the intended value proposition effectively.

**Requirements**:

- A pet lover with a strong portfolio in designing user-centric digital products.
- Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in consumer-facing mobile apps.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Experience facilitating user research and communicating research insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas and design processes to non-design stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation in the pet health industry and a continuous desire to learn more about veterinary science and pet care.
- A Bachelor's degree in a design-related field, such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Visual Communication, is preferred
