**Deine Rolle**:

- Als Teil des Legal & Compliance Teams bearbeitest du Rechtsthemen aus dem Vertrags-, Zivil-, Wettbewerbs-, Handels
- und IT-Recht
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest Verträge und AGB
- Mit deiner juristischen Fachexpertise führst du Vertragsprüfungen und -freigaben durch
- Dabei bist du erster Ansprechpartner für das ganze Unternehmen bei jeglichen rechtlichen Fragestellungen und berätst deine Kollegen gewissenhaft
- In einzelnen Fällen kommunizierst du direkt mit externen Rechtsanwälten zu gerichtlichen und außergerichtlichen Vorgängen

**Dein Profil**:

- Mindestens erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, juristisches 1. Staatsexamen oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss (Bachelor/Master of Laws oder ähnlich)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Unternehmensjurist. Erfahrung in E-commerce ist ein Plus
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Empathievermögen und eine kritisch hinterfragende Denkweise
- Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und gleichzeitig die Fähigkeit, fokussiert und eigenständig zu arbeiten

For this role, we have a salary band between €54.100 and €65.300 gross per year.

The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
