**Your mission**:

- Provide strategic guidance on counter-UAV tactics, electronic warfare (EW), and battlefield operations
- Develop and refine real-world defense strategies against adversarial drone threats in military and security environments
- Advise on rules of engagement (ROE), operational constraints, and situational awareness for UAV defense systems
- Work with AI, sensor fusion, and electronic warfare teams to align technological capabilities with military requirements
- Conduct field training and simulations for military, law enforcement, and security personnel
- Assess UAV threats, emerging drone warfare trends, and asymmetric warfare strategies
- Support business development by engaging with defense agencies, NATO forces, and military procurement programs

**Your profile**:

- Extensive real-world military experience in UAV operations, counter-UAV tactics, or electronic warfare
- Strong knowledge of air defense systems, SIGINT/ELINT, and kinetic & non-kinetic UAV countermeasures
- Experience in mission planning, threat assessment, and battlefield decision-making
- Familiarity with defense procurement processes, NATO standards, and military operational frameworks
- Ability to translate battlefield tactics into technical product requirements

Nice to have
- Experience in special operations forces (SOF), air defense units, or military intelligence
- Background in electronic warfare (EW), RF jamming, and cyber warfare for UAV defense
- Knowledge of classified military programs, ITAR regulations, and multi-domain operations (MDO)
