- WHAT YOU WILL DO- As Scrum Master (M/F/d) in the newly established Data, BI & Analytics division, you will work with a high-performing, cross-functional team and create an environment characterized by trust and commitment
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing Scrum teams in a self-organized manner and helping them understand and implement the Scrum methodology
- In doing so, you will promote an agile way of working, ensure compliance with Scrum principles and processes, and work closely with other teams and stakeholders
- You will be in regular contact with organizational management and project leads
- They advise and mentor the Product Owners, they sharpen the role profiles and bring together the required business units and moderate the process
- Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in your area, you drive continuous improvement also on an organizational level
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- You are always interested in learning and developing beyond your usual areas of expertise
- You have basic knowledge of software development and are willing to familiarize yourself with business processes
- You are a strong communicator and team player
- You are used to working independently and enjoy working in international and multidisciplinary teams
- Due to your very good English and your open and trustworthy personality, you communicate confidently on all levels
