**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation and harmonization of end-to-end supply chain planning processes in the six operational supply chain units of the Evonik Division Smart Materials
- Introduction of integrated IT planning systems, each adapted to the BL (business line) /location requirements with strong focus on detailed production planning
- Continuous further development of end-to-end supply chain planning processes and IT systems through close collaboration with the IT department
- Regular maturity level analysis after completed process and system implementation
- Development and implementation of concepts together with our operational supply chain and production departments to improve the utilization of (bottleneck-) resources and optimize inventories
- Close collaboration with interfaces like central procurement and production to realize improvement potential that comes due to optimized supply chain planning processes and system

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration or business informatics
- Several years of work experience, of which at least 3 years work experience in the operational supply chain area required
- Very good knowledge of supply chain processes with focus on S&OP, inventory and production planning as well as the corresponding SAP modules PP-PI, SD, MM
- Very good knowledge and experience with planning processes in SAP APO (e)PP/DS as well as SAP IBP for Response and Supply and Inventory required
- Advanced knowledge in project management/change management and its successful implementation
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
