Indeed, the coordination activities is to evaluate and analyze the customer machine portfolio under maintenance.**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure the analysis of customer portfolio in defining the spares to stock. Incumbent should be familiar with IT infrastructures technicality
- Collect all data from commercial / technical experts
- Share the work of the team with the demand planning department to ensure proper stock setting enabling SLA respect
- Ensure correctness of data with right spares and locations
- Complete list of equivalence helping stock optimization
- Automate the process and find improvements in executing daily work (standard list, new tools)
- Work collaboratively with all community stakeholders to establish appropriate prioritization of activities and to monitor progress against agreed objectives

**Job requirements**:

- Knowledge of the technical expertise of IT infrastructures OR first experience in Supply Chain
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle different level of communication within and outside of the company from hands-on to top management.

**Working condition**:
