(Senior) ERP Product Owner

About the role

As a (Senior) ERP Product Owner you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like rolling out the NetSuite ERP system for our local subsidiaries, and improving the existing processes / integrations with internal and external systems. You’ll be collaborating closely with the Finance Managers, Accounting Team, and Finance Leadership team to develop and improve the finance system landscape for better decision making and reporting.

In this role you will...
- Work on end-to-end implementation and improvement projects of NetSuite with key financial modules like Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Expenses.
- Improve the Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
- Deliver NetSuite rollouts to other business units, including new entities and regions internationally while improving business process and integration.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Finance and Operations in order to understand requirements and translate to the NetSuite solution.
- Design the functional solution, provide end user support and system Administration, e.g. system setup, configuration, training, testing new functionality (IST/UAT).
- Educate and prepare sennder end-users for new functionality and features.
- Manage delivery of NetSuite customisations and integrations with different systems and teams.
- Advise and consult internal stakeholders in regard to set-up, optimization of workflows, and processes.

Preferably you are...
- At least 4 years of experience in NetSuite Implementation Consulting with financial and accounting knowledge (R2R,P2P, O2C).
- NetSuite Project experience - you've previously been involved in multiple end-to-end implementations, deployments to new entities, module rollouts, upgrades or similar.
- Experienced in NetSuite Administration with End-User support, training, testing and documentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and setups.
- Having at least a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or related field of study.
- Ability to break down complex problems into comprehensive pieces of information
- Possess analytical, structure and solution-oriented work approach.
- Fluent in English and knowledge of German is nice to have.
- NetSuite certification is preferred.
