Effective and efficient management of customer orders considering different needs per sales channel, customer prioritization and commercial conditions
- Management and organization of data and information exchange with all stakeholders to ensure timely and correct processing of orders and shipments to customers
- Develop, implement and improve processes, policies and standards
- Lead, recruit, develop and mentor the order management team so that they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Manage product assortments in liaison with marketing
- Coordinate and balance the team's activities and prioritize their tasks
- Manage and coordinate 3PL in all order and shipment related topics
- Provide operations forecast to 3PL
- Set a KPI driven culture, analyzing statistics and accurate reports
- Back-up function to Logistics manager
- Profil recherché
- Academic business education and/or long-term professional experience in Customer Service Function
- Strong team development capabilities and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competences
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and in writing) as well as interpersonal capabilities
- High reactivity, responsiveness, excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities
- Attention to project detail simultaneously to high-level helicopter view
- Excellent skills in German and English, French is an advantage
- Good system skills (MS Dynamics preferred) and highly advanced MS-Office skills
- Skills in data analytics tools (B.I.)
