**Vertriebsassistenz / Sales Support **(m/w/d)

Wir bieten Dir eine spannende Tätigkeit mit zukunftsorientierten eLearning-Tools und guten Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen:

- Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung / Vertriebsleitung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsmitarbeitern und Partnerunternehmen, um alle Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM System abzubilden und zu steuern
- Pflege des CRM-Systems - Leads und Forecast
- Organisation von Online-Meetings und Webinaren
- Pflege von Dokumenten für Vertriebsaktivitäten, z.B. FaQs
- Administrative Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams z.B. bei Angebotserstellung, Provisionsabrechnungen, Projektabrechnung

Dein Profil:

- Du hast großes Interesse am Thema E-Learning und begeisterst Dich für neue Möglichkeiten des Wissensmanagements
- Du kannst Dich sehr schnell in neue Software einarbeiten und hast den Wunsch, sie zügig in vollem Umfang nutzen zu können
- Du kannst Dich problemlos in ein CRM-System einarbeiten, beherrschst alle gängigen Office-Programme und bist schnell an der Tastatur
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, hast Freude daran, ein Team zu organisieren und kannst Dich durchsetzen
- Du hast keine Berührungsängste im Umgang mit Geschäftsleitungen auf Kunden
- oder Partnerseite
- Du bist sehr engagiert, problemlösungsorientiert und arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig
- Englische Sprachkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.
