**Sales Support Executive in Leipzig - Germany**
Are you passionate about providing support to sales teams? Are you an excellent communicator and team player? You will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding journey, from integration of clients to our ways of working. Mapping the intricacies of the clients’ requirements and ensuring that their first 4 weeks of trading go as smooth as possible.
You will need to be incredibly customer centric with an excellent eye for detail. The purpose of this role is to take a client that has signed up to use Huboo and work closely with them to set up their account to be able to begin trading. This will be done through a series of conversations to aid the customer set up and a number of admin tasks to make sure all the necessary due diligence on their dashboard has been completed.
Once the Client has been set up correctly and everything is in place to start trading, you will need to liaise with our Client Logistics Team, as well as our Operations Department, to handover this client and help Hub Staff fully understand what is expected of them to fully meet the clients’ expectations.
**Key responsibilities of our Sales Support Executive in LEIPZIG**:
- Assigned a client to onboard once a salesperson has completed the sales process
and a dashboard demo (to be done on a round robin basis)
- Be a main point of contacts for clients throughout their onboarding journey
- Update Client logistics Team once client is ready to send in stock and ready to start trading
- Complete the handover of Clients to Hub Managers, ensuring the operation fully understands the clients’ expectations
- Liaise with operation to ensure we understand the client’s packaging requirements, including the procurement of bespoke packaging
- Use of CRM (Salesforce) to complete all relevant admin tasks and keep client records up to date
- Keep a close eye on the client’s performance during their first 3 months of trading
and having a weekly catch up if required.
- Responding to client tickets.
- Reviewing clients first monthly invoice to ensure all billing is accurate
- Issue a Customer Satisfaction Survey once the client has completed their first 4 weeks of trading
- Graduating the client to our Customer Service Department/Key Account Managers
