Join our team in Leipzig, Erfurt or Ilmenau in full time as a Sales Support Assistant (M/F/d).

What is the role about?
- Preparation and ongoing maintenance of all collateral related to tenders, offers, orders, and project documentation - at the highest quality to make a good impression on our customers.
- Documentation lifecycle management - updating company documents, support in the creation of translations, writing and reviewing, preparation of presentations, and alike in German, English and/or other languages.
- Information management through the company’s customer and Information management systems, including customer data entry, registration, archiving, and processing.
- Planning, scheduling, co-ordination, and delivery of various alignment sessions inside and outside of the company, including note taking and material collection.
- From time to time taking over event management or other coordination activity.

You fit in with us, if
- You are experienced in the field of pre-sales, office management, assistant, or secretarial work.
- You have experience in dealing with technology/software or being part of a project delivery organization.
- You like working independently as part of a distributed and inter-dependent team.
- You can juggle tasks under pressure, are great with little details, and can deliver on time.
- You have very good communication skills and a high commitment to supporting people to achieve common goals.
- You are at least intermediate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have a confident knowledge of English and German - written and spoken, language skills in other languages are a strong plus but not a must.
