**Tasks**:

- Full life-cycle talent acquisition for all vacancies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland:

- Design and execution of individual search strategies and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring and analyzing talent acquisition KPIs to drive decisions and improve our processes.
- Driving local and global talent acquisition and employer branding projects.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners.
- Coordination of all learning processes in Germany, Austria and Switzerland:

- Training demand assessment in collaboration with local managers and preparation of annual training plans for our region.
- Partnering with our shared service center in Mumbai to ensure the implementation of the identified training needs.
- Budget reporting.
- General talent acquisition administration (contract documents, certifications, works council hearings, etc.).

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
- Relevant professional experience in the field of end-to-end Talent Acquisition, preferred in an in-house role within a large, international organization.
- Experience and understanding of sourcing tools, interviewing techniques and employer branding.
- Strong sense of responsibility, highly structured working style, focus on delivering results, ability to manage high volumes of work.
- Business fluency in English and German languages with excellent communication skills.
