ÜBER DIE POSITION

Als Associate People übernimmst Du Projektumsetzungsaufgaben bei unseren Kund\*innen oder begleitest diese interimistisch z.B. als People Manager Junior oder People Trainee. Mit Deiner Arbeit bist Du eine wesentliche Stütze in unserer Projektrealisierung und hilfst dabei, unseren Qualitätsanspruch in unseren Operations sicherzustellen. Durch fundierte Analysen, Best Practice Ideen und pragmatische Maßnahmen, die Du umsetzt, begeisterst Du unsere Kund\*innen und förderst dadurch unser Wachstum.

DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH
- Unterstützung in Beratungsprojekten zu People, Talent Acquisition
- und Back-Office Fragestellungen in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
- Umsetzung von Projektaufgaben sowie Interimsmanagement u.a. als People Manager Junior oder PeopleTrainee
- Aufnahme des Istzustands sowie Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung und Implementierung von best of class People
- und Projektmanagement Tools
- Aufsetzen von schlanken und Best Practice Prozessen im People Bereich und administrativen Bereichen, z.B. Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von People-Operation-Prozessen, Management der People Administration
- Ausbau der unternehmensinternen Dokumentationsplattform in Slite
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres internen Wissensaustauschs durch die torq.academy

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du hast 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswissenschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaft oder Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Du bist gut in operativen People-Prozessen
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement insbesondere im Handling von externen Lohnbuchhaltungen
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse im Bereich der Prozess-Vereinfachung und -Digitalisierung im People-Bereich
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Mitarbeiterverwaltung
- Du hast eine sicher Kommunikation in Deutsch und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Eine hohe Arbeitsmoral und Selbstständigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten sind Dir wichtig
- Organisationstalent und eine präzise Arbeitsweise sind Deine Stärken
- Eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine offene und authentische Persönlichkeit zeichnen Dich aus
