**Your tasks**:
As a **Working Student (f/m/x) for LiveOps & Monetization (20h/week) **you will support our Live Operations team which runs sales and in-game events across three of our games. In your role, you will have the unique opportunity to take ownership of sales strategies, closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and actively contribute to in-game events and other LiveOps & Monetization projects. This will allow you to play a key role in shaping the success of our games while gaining insights into multi-disciplinary game development processes that span Gamedesign, Art, Quality Assurance, and frontend/backend development.
- Plan & manage sales and events across multiple games and platforms
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversion rates and in-game economy
- Report on relevant KPIs and other performance metrics
- Contribute to major LiveOps & Monetization projects
- Aid in documentation of sales schedules and strategies
- Collaborate across teams in managing LiveOps projects

**Your profile**:

- You have to be enrolled to a German university
- Academic background in business or data science
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Ability to work both within a team and independently
- Strong analytical & project management skills
- Solid statistics knowledge

**NICE TO HAVE**
- SQL and database knowledge
- Basic knowledge of project management tools like Jira or Confluence
- You are a gamer yourself and you are passionate about our games or strategy games in general.
