About the role: 

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Working Student to join our team and support our bilingual content and social media activities.
In this role, you'll help us create high-quality German and English content, contribute to our online presence, and ensure that our communication remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with our mission. This is a great opportunity if you're passionate about digital communication, enjoy writing and organizing content, and want to gain hands-on experience in an international healthcare company. Possibility to start as an intern and switch to a working student position later

As a Working Student - Social Media and Content Creation (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:

• Creating and adapting content in both German and English, including blog articles, website copy, social media captions, and newsletters.
• Focusing on German-language content, while proofreading and adapting English versions when needed.
• Supporting our social media activities by planning, drafting, and scheduling posts, and by monitoring relevant conversations and communities.
• Ensuring linguistic and factual accuracy, all content should be engaging, SEO-optimized, and error-free in both languages.
• Assisting the Marketing team with research, data organization, and general administrative tasks that support campaign planning and execution.
• Supporting scientific content creation or review, ensuring health-related information is accurate and compliant.

We would like you to have: 

• Fluency in German (C2) and excellent English skills (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
• Current enrollment at a German university in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine).
• Strong writing and communication skills, with an interest in online marketing and digital storytelling.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence in organizing and presenting information.
• A proactive and structured mindset, you enjoy keeping things organized and meeting deadlines.
• A team player mindset that brings creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail.
