YOUR TASKS

  • Scout the market for potential new IT suppliers
  • Support supplier onboarding by preparing NDAs and creating supplier profiles in the system
  • Assist in sourcing projects for software, hardware, and IT services
  • Create and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and compare supplier offers
  • Prepare documentation and summaries for sourcing board meetings
  • Support contract preparation and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain procurement data and ensure accuracy in systems and reports

YOUR PROFILE

  • Enrolled Student in Business Administration, Procurement, IT Management, or related field
  • Strong interest in procurement, IT sourcing, and supplier management
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
