Organizational Development Internship

FORMEL Skin is building a global dermatology clinic online. We democratize healthcare, by making highly effective dermatological treatments easily accessible and improving our patients' quality of life. We are backed by Europe's most renowned health and consumer investors and are growing rapidly, expanding our offering to new medical conditions and rolling out in new countries. To this day we have delivered more than 150.000 treatments and have already successfully treated thousands of patients. We have a passionate and ambitious team with experience in successfully building health and consumer tech businesses.

Therefore we are looking for active support for our Organization Team to drive our ambitious vision forward.

**What's the role?**
- **Support of the organization development team - **Supporting the organization development team in the daily business by researching, analyzing, recommending actions and giving presentations
- **Improve our organization** - Develop, elaborate and implement strategic topics for the further development of our organization
- **Examination of important KPIs - **Define key performance indicators to increase and measure our organizational performance
- **Reporting and assisting - **Close cooperation with the management team and mentoring of external stakeholders
- **Implementation of organizational initiatives - **Helping to implement organizational initiatives ranging from meeting structure to new values

**What are we looking for?**
- **Educational background - **At of Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics or any other relevant field
- **Working experience - **Initial experience in a start-up, consulting or investment banking environment is an advantage
- **Working skills - **Strong skills in research, quantitative analysis and visualization of results
- **Working style -** Independent and structured way of working as well as a goal
- and solution-oriented working style
- **Personal skills -** Entrepreneurial, agile and enthusiastic team player with strong organizational and communication skills
- **Language skills - **Fluent in English; fluent in German is a plus
