Your key responsibilities include:

- Direct communication with our guests and customers across all channels
- Interaction with guests and colleagues from all over the world
- You understand what our guests need and do everything to make their stay as unforgettable as possible
- You advise guests on all matters and always have the right answer ready
- You know how to handle guest requests professionally thanks to your expertise

**Be able.**
- You enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
- You always have an open ear for the needs of our internal and external guests, and you thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to your organizational talent
- You’re eager to develop yourself every day, learn new things, and be part of a warm and ambitious team
- You remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
- You’ve already gained experience in a similar position and/or have completed training in hotel management
- Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel very comfortable in both German and English—any additional language is a plus
