Picture Tree International GmbH is among the leading feature film world sales companies in Germany with headquarters in Berlin. Our core business of the company is worldwide marketing, licensing and distribution of Film Rights.

We are looking for an outgoing and energetic ‘Junior Film Sales Executive’ in a key position with the drive to significantly contribute to the company’s turnover and profile.

The detailed Role Profile can be shaped according to individual experience and track record.

Aufgaben

Your Role Description
- Working alongside and reporting to the Co-Managing Director, you will be in charge of:

- achieving a profound understanding of the film(rights) catalogue of the company
- researching, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients (distributors, broadcasters, Streamers, etc.)
- pro-actively identifying new licensing opportunities and avenues
- negotiating and drafting Sales Key Terms with clients
- managing your sales accounts and meeting sales targets
- supporting the overall Sales Organizing and Administration for key film festivals and markets
- maintaining the internal License Management System and workflows
- preparing client sales status information and rights availabilities
- evaluating finished film projects with concrete Sales Projections for your accounts and beyond
- coordinating and monitoring ‘after contract’ workflows with other departments (material

delivery, documentation, monitoring of exploitation and client reporting)

Qualifikation

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Media, Economics, Marketing or Communications
- 2+ years work experience in the Film and Television Industry, preferably in Sales or Marketing
- communicative and goal driven character to develop strong relationships with key distributors and television stations
- fluent in English and German, additional languages preferred
- pro-active, self-motivated and business-driven attitude
- outstanding team player skills and very strong, solution-driven organizational skills
