**Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören**:

- Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben
- Termin
- und Reisemanagement
- Koordination des Übersetzungsmanagement mit externen Diensleistern
- Organisatorische und vorausschauende Begleitung laufender Projekte und Prozesse
- Vorbereitung, Planung und Durchführung von Kongressen, Kundenveranstaltungen, etc.
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Umsatzreports

**Ihr Profil**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Sekretariat oder im Assistenzbereich
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. bürokaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbares abgeschlossenes Studium
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
