**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Art Director (all genders) to join our E-Commerce Photo Studio team. Reporting to the Art Direction Lead you will play a pivotal role in supporting the creative vision and overseeing the production of high-quality Product Detail Pages (PDP) and teaser content across various mediums, including photography, videography, fashion styling, retouching, CGI, and 3D supported content.

**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- Collaborate closely with Creative Direction and various studio production disciplines, fostering seamless cooperation between photography, videography, fashion styling, retouching, and other creative elements. Work in tandem with models and creatives to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
- Translate strategic and creative briefings from internal stakeholders into actionable concepts for high-quality and high-volume content production. Oversee and guide the production of PDP, enhanced PDP, and teaser formats, leveraging CGI and 3D supported content where applicable.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of content production guidelines, effectively presenting visual concepts, and managing multiple projects within the Studio Production team.
- Support the evolution of future content formats by staying abreast of industry trends and responding to analytics data.
- Utilise data insights to inform creative decision-making and optimise content performance.
- Lead workshops and facilitate effective communication and coordination of creative solutions with both internal and external stakeholders. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in content production.
- Drive innovation within the team, actively implementing new ideas and approaches to maintain high-quality standards and elevate the overall creative output.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- 3+ years experience as an Art Director or a similar creative role within a fast paced, high volume, high quality E-Commerce or digital media environment.
- Proven expertise in photography, videography, fashion styling, retouching, and CGI/3D supported content production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools related to content production and design.
