We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded talent that is ready to take responsibility for projects in operations and strategy and work alongside our experienced C-suite.

**Your role**:
**Your Impact**:

- Lead and manage strategic and operational projects, driving them from Zero to 1.
- Act as a sparring partner to the C-Level, aiding in the decision-making process for key projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate senior management meetings, including agenda preparation, action item assignment, and execution follow-up.
- Assist in strategic planning, talent acquisition, and the improvement of internal processes to streamline operations.
- Create presentations and documents for investors, partners, or sales processes.

**Who You Are**:

- An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, hands-on approach to challenges.
- Analytically minded, with a knack for breaking down complex problems and communicating solutions clearly.
- Experienced in high-pressure environments such as consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups.
- Proudly holding a top degree in business or a related field, with a continuous thirst for learning and adapting.
- A superb communicator with fluency in English, bonus: German.
