**LNG Technical Specialist (f/m/d)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support the adoption of LNG within Carnival Corp & plc utilizing a risk based approach to provide major input for development and maintenance of operating and safety procedures
- Manage the development and implementation of LNG procedures for LNG fuelled vessels through collaborative engagements with stakeholders including Shipyard, Original Equipment Manufacturers, Integrators, Operators, State and Port Authorities
- Maintain relationships with above including Carnival Cooperation Shipbuilding, manufacturers and other organizations to ensure industry best practice is developed, shared and understood and continuously updated related to LNG matters
- Provide Subject Matter Expert input to operational brands in terms of service use, planned and unplanned maintenance activities, including dry docking and inspections
- Coordinate with Operating Line Marine Operations and the other parts of the Corporate Technical Team for the development of training materials
- Act as an SME during LNG related Emergency Response activities and exercises: Support, mentor and undertake competency assessments of the onboard crew
**Your Profile**:
- Master Mariner or Chief Engineer or refrigeration Engineer
- Management level Certificate of Competency (COC) class 1 would be appreciated
- A minimum of 10 years onboard experience, preferably on a cruise-ship, specialisation on LNG carriers
- Experience with LNG cargo/fuel systems, engines and marine systems
- Skills in LNG engine design, operation & maintenance expertise
- Focus on Health, Safety & Environmental with good understanding of risk management by being and acting as Special Matter Expert
- Fluent English language skills, good communicator, proactive with passion for improvement, customer oriented
