**Customer Support & Backoffice (Sales)**.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du bearbeitest Anfragen unserer B2C- und B2B-Kund*innen (E-Mail & Telefon).
- Du hast ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen, Rückfragen und Reklamationen - und findest immer eine gute Lösung.
- Du betreust unsere Großkunden und sorgst dafür, dass alle Bestellungen sauber und pünktlich rausgehen. **Backoffice & Lagerorganisation**:

- Du schreibst Rechnungen, dokumentierst Bestellungen und kümmerst dich um Bestellungen von Materialien.
- Du packst unsere Bestellungen sorgfältig und mit Liebe - von Einzelpaketen bis hin zu größeren Versandaktionen.
- Du hältst unser kleines Lager organisiert und unterstützt bei logistischen Aufgaben.
- Du führst Inventuren durch

**Das bringst du mit**
- Du bist strukturiert, zuverlässig und packst gerne mit an.
- Du wohnst in Berlin - denn dein Arbeitsplatz ist vor Ort bei uns im Office in Berlin-Mitte.
- Du bist freundlich im Umgang mit Kund*innen - auch, wenn’s mal stressig wird.
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Büro oder Versand - oder einfach ein gutes Gefühl für Ordnung und Kommunikation.
- Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und kommst auch mit einfacher E-Mail-Kommunikation auf Englisch klar.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem Computer (z. B. E-Mail, Excel, Online-Shop-Systeme).
