**Job Description**:
As a Financial Controlling Expert, you will work on a wide range of topics to ensure global scalability with respect to commercial processes and regulations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Managing reporting processes including monthly financial statements, planning, forecasting and year-end closing according to IFRS and local GAAP
- Development and provision of any kind of ad hoc analyses for key business decisions
- Ensuring proper financial controls, risk management and internal audits
- Definition of a strategic commercial framework in the area of finance, accounting, payment, legal and tax
- Implementation in IT systems of defined commercial business processes for our digital platform business model using agile methodologies
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders such as CFO or auditors

**What you bring**
- 3+ years of experience in Controlling, Finance or equivalent in an international environment
- Start-up experience very welcome
- Profound experience in SAP ERP systems, Excel and PowerPoint
- Data affinity and an understanding for KPIs, dimensions and business logics
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
- Fluency in English and German
