We are looking for support in our controlling team to assist all our stakeholders with financial issues as a financial business partner. Our team will be strengthened by someone who, based on special communication skills, loves to interact with stakeholders, always sees improvements in processes, tackles recurring tasks as well as project work and loves to implement his/her/its own ideas.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You are responsible to provide financial insights to your Stakeholder as financial business partner with special focus on the stakeholders' departmental needs
- You ensure the quality, informative value and consistency of the prepared data as basis for business decisions
- You act as a sparring partner, have cross-functional exchange and inspire with your can-do mentality
- You develop our planning & reporting processes to achieve a higher efficiency
- You are responsible to build up & present new reports & bringing up own ideas to generate new financial insights for our managers and Execs

**That's you**:

- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Controlling or FP&A, ideally in a consulting company with focus in the Retail or Consumer Goods sector, or in an internationally oriented e-commerce company, and have solid experience in setting up controlling, planning processes and analysis
- You implement quickly and develop faster, always with the ambition of meeting the needs of the company in the best possible way
- You love interacting with diverse stakeholders and sharing your financial knowledge
- You never stand still. You define the most pressing topics easily and are able to kick-start any project quickly by yourself. A hands-on, 80/20 mentality completes your profile
- You are fully proficient in English, German is a nice to have
