**YOUR TASKS**

In the Aftermarket business unit, you will be working in the Business Unit Controlling team as a Controller for the HKG entity.
- You will play a key role in managing the local unit within the Aftermarket division and act as a financial sparring partner for departments and cost center managers.
- You will be responsible for profitability analysis and contribute to the site’s optimal cost development.
- You will perform monthly closings in close coordination with the Accounting department.
- You will manage and execute the planning process as well as monthly and annual forecasting in close collaboration with relevant company functions.
- You will prepare and deliver reports, including compiling and presenting information for management.
- In addition to preparing analyses, decision-making recommendations, and monthly reports, you will continuously enhance existing controlling tools.
- You will have technical leadership responsibility for one team member in an international team.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Controlling
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, paired with an independent and reliable working style
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Fluent in English for business negotiations due to the international nature of the role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Project-oriented mindset with ideally some experience in the automotive industry
