**YOUR TASKS**

As a Controlling Specialist in the Business Group Lighting, you will support us in the consolidation of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA, playing a key role in financial processes and strategic planning.
- Contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assisting in the correct representation of financial matters during income statement and balance sheet preparation
- Supporting business year planning, forecasts, and other reporting processes, including coordination and preparation of commentary
- Conducting variance analyses and assisting with the preparation of external audit requests
- Ensuring the accuracy of key performance indicator evaluations while acting as an interface between related departments
- Engaging in regular communication with colleagues from production sites within the entity as well as the global network to align financial processes
- Continuously enhancing existing controlling tools and optimizing processes in collaboration with other departments
- Participating in overarching projects and conducting ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- A successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling or similar areas is desirable
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with an independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- Proficiency in SAP modules, Data Warehouse, and advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a global mindset
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
