Alliances Director

We are looking for a seasoned alliances leader to drive AllCloud’s strategic alliances across DACH and in conjunction with other EMEA lead.
The Alliances Director, DACH will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and Global Head of Alliances and will develop and execute strategic alliance go-to-market plans across our DACH region. The role will focus on revenue-driving initiatives, evangelizing AllCloud’s value proposition among strategic partners, and building technical plans with measures of success, specifically with AWS. The Alliances Director will drive the organizational relationship with AWS and other partners across DACH and manage business processes and KPIs, as well as contribute to the development of innovative principles, and ideas and provide cutting-edge solutions for strategic alliances. Success in this role will require you to routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives as well as develop and propose technical alignment strategies and directions.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and execute a strategic growth plan for the AllCloud/ AWS relationship across DACH, including building the plan and ensuring the KPIs to support the strategic plan are met.
- Build and nurture strategic executive, sales, product, and partner management relationships with AWS across the DACH region.
- Develop and upkeep personnel map of AWS across DACH and oversee the executive alignment strategy with AWS across all areas of the business.
- Build, implement, and provide ongoing management of processes to ensure compliance with the AllCloud/ AWS strategic collaboration agreement, including building and implementing a mitigation plan for any at-risk KPIs per quarter.
- Ensure ongoing alignment between AllCloud executive team, and other AllCloud teams, with their AWS counterparts.
- Manage the AllCloud message (including presentation) into AWS, which covers that AllCloud story and evolves as AllCloud grows.
- Oversee the management of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including dashboard management (build, updates, and access control), collection, and dissemination of information both internally and with AWS.
- Work with AWS to prepare and present a Monthly Business Review and manage QBRs and annual business reviews.
- Ensure the organization is in compliance with the strategic collaboration agreement target attainment of KPIs on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
- Collaborate and align with the AllCloud North American Alliance leader, specifically regarding messaging to AWS, go-to-market initiatives, annual Executive Business Reviews, re: Invent-related engagements, etc.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
- At least 10-12 years working in technology organizations (specifically professional services organizations) with a track record of success in driving revenue out of Alliances and partnerships.
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical processes to lead, coach and support strategic alliance partners.
- Ability to succeed in a high-functioning results-driven team.
- Strong time management, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a group environment and independently
- Fluent in German and English

- Successful QBRs across EMEA and a Global Executive Business Review.
