Senior Director of BDL Digital & DS Alliance Management (m/f/d)  YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES You manage alliances with external partners to ensure the highest standards and optimal benefits for Bayer You oversee project governance and typically participate in Joint Steering Committees (JSC) and similar governance bodies You launch new alliance kick-off and integration activities You develop strong relationships with counterparts to build trust and serve as an effective communication channel between Bayer and the partner You familiarize yourself with major operational issues related to the alliance You facilitate dispute avoidance and resolution involving all relevant functions As a member of the Bayer BD&L Alliance Management group, you help establish a center of internal excellence for managing and improving alliances from all perspectives You ensure compliance with divisional and corporate Bayer governance standards You participate in alliance management "health checks," joint reviews, and audits You give new alliances the best possible start by collaborating with Bayer on new agreements, in-licensing deals, partnerships, alliances, M&A, and divestments You establish alliance charters for the alliances you manage You proactively familiarize yourself with best external practices and ongoing developments to optimize Alliance Management functions and activities WHO YOU ARE You have an advanced university degree (PhD, MD, or MBA) with in-depth proven experience in data sciences and technology partnering You are strongly experienced in alliance management and extensive business development deal experience You possess long-term professional experience in digital transformation, healthcare, and technology industries, with a clear track record of successfully leading projects or partnerships with various stakeholders You demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and embody the Bayer LIFE values You thrive in a global matrix organization and drive complex projects to conclusion You show strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset You are willing to undertake domestic and international travel as an inherent requirement of the role You are fluent in English, both written and spoken WHAT WE OFFER Our benefits package is flexible, appreciative, and tailored to your lifestyle, because: What matters to you, matters to us ​ We ensure your financial stability through a competitive compensation package, consisting of an attractive base pay and our annual bonus.
