**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Lead the Product Design team, reporting directly to the CPO.
- Guide and grow a team of Product Designers to shape the product design vision, in close collaboration with product leadership, brand marketing, and the rest of the product team.
- Translate company objectives into actionable KPIs, align design initiatives and research work, and be accountable for the contribution to company metrics.
- Liaise with other team leads and executive leadership to improve and advocate for best product design practices.
- Orchestrate design and research work across multiple business-critical projects, pushing for standards and design quality in all touchpoints.
- Implement and evolve a strong design system across the diverse product portfolio.
- Continuously improve customer understanding by establishing UX metrics and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to surface new insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide transparency, and orchestrate product-related decision-making processes.
- Foster a culture of transparency and communication, challenging others while allowing them to challenge you to deliver the best results.
- Educate and mentor product designers while setting a high bar of quality in execution and process.

**Was Du mitbringst**:

- 8+ years of experience as a Product/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, UX Researcher, or a similar UX-related role, with 4+ years leading product design teams in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical and data-informed, seeking the truth in numbers and facts to attribute the impact of design work to company objectives and KPIs.
- Passionate about understanding user needs with a thorough knowledge of design methodology and processes.
- Empowering leadership style, thriving in diverse teams with various backgrounds and talents.
- Proven track record in leading the entire product design cycle, from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and solve problems pragmatically and resourcefully.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong willingness to go the extra mile.
- A degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
