**Freudenberg** is seeking a proactive and curious professional to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in driving high-impact projects focused on digitalization, AI, and automation within production and innovation. This role offers a unique chance to work closely with senior leadership and diverse teams, helping shape future trends and operational excellence across our innovative organization.

You support our team as:
Executive Assistant, Strategic Projects (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Management**: Lead and coordinate strategic projects spanning innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization.
- ** Collaboration**: Connect cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful results on time and within scope.
- ** Advise**: Provide data-driven insights and support decision-making for the CTO and executive board.
- ** Analytics**: Prepare clear and compelling reports and presentations for senior management.
- ** Coordination**: Manage project schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Master’s Degree in STEM or related field required; Doctorate degree preferred
- ** Experience**:Project Management, Business Strategy, and digitalization with AI in focus.
- ** Language**: Fluent English is required; German skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
- ** Strategic Thinker**: Solution-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- ** Technology**: Passion for digital / AI technologies, innovation, and operational excellence.
- ** Social Intelligence**: Effective communicator with the ability to engage diverse teams and senior leaders.
- ** Resourcefulness**: Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize information independently.
- ** Agile**: Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with evolving priorities.
