We are looking for a **Customer Support Agent (M/F/d)**working 39h/week to start immediately.
**What you will do**:
- Efficiently manage customer requests through a ticketing system and over the phone
- Provide expert answers and technical support for our clients regarding the usage of our software and products, while presenting the value of our portfolio
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face trainings to showcase how our database and other software solutions work
- Utilize and contribute to FAQ documentation to enable internal knowledge sharing
- Maintain daily recordings, e. g. logging and documenting issues in our systems
- Channel customer feedback to other departments (IT, Sales, etc.)
**What we are looking for**:
- Degree or completed vocational training in the field of business, communication or equivalent
- 1-2 years of practical experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly supportive attitude within a team
- Proficient in English (C1 level); any other languages are beneficial
