**Team info**:
As a Sales Operations Specialist at OX, you will be part of a team supporting the Sales organisation. We work to improve efficiency in daily business, and we interface with different departments across the whole company. We have our eye on data maintenance, analyses, process design and improvement, lead qualification, target setting, business planning, and much more.

**Your new job**:

- You will help the team with creating, improving, updating and expanding processes and CRM documentation.
- You contribute to projects for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team and to data and database analyses.
- You manage and evaluate international as well as domestic customer enquiries.
- You coordinate sales processes within Open-Xchange.
- You regulary prepare lead statistics and reports for funnel tracking.

**Your background**:

- You ideally have a couple of years of work experience as a working student, apprentice or employee.
- You want to get started on a solution.
- You are interested in value creation or economic contexts, especially in business management topics with a focus on implementation and turnover.
- You have good comprehension skills and a proficient handling of MS Office.
- You can effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. German proficiency is a plus. Experience in communicating cross-department and at different corporate role levels will be helpful.
- You are a team player, and you love to share your knowledge and learn from others.
