**The Position**:
Unlock the potential of data as our new Quality Medicine (QM) Data Scientist, where you'll solve complex analytical problems using advanced techniques such as AI, machine learning, and more. You'll be at the heart of our operations, developing data models, managing projects, and continuously improving our analytics framework. Collaborate with global teams, contribute to high-quality documentation, and drive process improvements through your analytical insights.

***Tasks & responsibilities**:

- As the driving force in your new role, you will be crafting and executing data models that will empower global and regional Medicine functions to make data-driven decisions related to GxP quality.
- Taking the helm, you will manage and coordinate data science projects, evaluating the impact of process improvement initiatives implemented by Quality Medicine.
- Your understanding of quality-related business problems will be crucial as you develop and optimize use cases for the Quality Medicine data analytics framework.
- Leveraging high-quality, cutting-edge analytic approaches, you will unravel business problems and facilitate intelligent decision-making by Quality Medicine business partners.
- Your expertise will shine as you engage with the data science community, sharing knowledge and learning from others.
- Finally, you will have the opportunity to shape learning programs, promoting the understanding of the critical role data plays in decision making and the interpretation of results in Quality Medicine.

***Requirements**:

- You should be proficient in relevant computing languages such as R and Python, and have a deep understanding of cutting-edge statistical concepts related to Data Science.
- We expect you to exhibit strong leadership skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving, complemented by robust computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- You should demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks of varied complexity simultaneously, and exceptional project management skills.
- We need you to have a solid understanding of quality management processes, a proactive approach to predicting issues, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- You should be able to communicate effectively, negotiate skillfully, and present complex content in a clear, comprehensible manner, with a broad knowledge and experience in planning, transforming, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data in complex situations.
- Lastly, we require you to have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, as you will be presenting complicated content to various target groups.
