**Your Tasks**:
- Support in the planning, organization and administration of various HR tasks
- HR data administration and ensuring data accuracy in our HR tools (e.g. Personio)
- Support with HR process documentation
- Support with HR & Talent Acquisition projects
- Support in recruiting: scheduling of interviews, correspondence with applicants, posting of job advertisements etc.
**Your Profile**:
- You are an enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in Hamburg, preferably studying in a related field
- You have proficiency in MS Office
- You are detail-oriented, especially when it comes to working with data
- Ideally, some work experience in an office environment, data processing in salesforce, and a concept about office management and people and culture topics
- You are not afraid to ask questions and give suggestions, seek ways to improve our processes, and proactively oversee your tasks and duties
- You have a hands-on mentality and great communication skills
- You shine in reliability and honesty
- You speak English fluently, German is a plus
- You collaborate well in a team environment
- You are based in Hamburg and happy to come into our office
