**What you will do**:

- Execute a solid and measurable end-to-end recruiting process for various open positions;
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and platforms
- Support communication on Job Ad platforms, such as Glassdoor.

**Your profile**:
**We would like to hear from you if you have**:

- Currently enrolled in business administration, HR, psychology or a related field of study
- Previous internship experience in HR/Recruitment
- Good interest in talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.
- You have strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex operational processes;
- You feel comfortable to take on the challenges of a high volume recruitment role;
- You are a digital native person who feels comfortable working online and with Social Media;
- You are result driven with a “can do” attitude;
- You have excellent English communication skills - German would be a plus
