Our ventures create a strategic advantage for the most important global companies. **Talent Architecture at BCGDV** The Talent Architecture team is one of our seven venture-facing cohorts and partners with our ventures to ensure alignment of talent acquisition, organizational design, and compensation with business strategy. We are looking for a **Talent Architect Intern (M/F/x)** to join us for a 6-month internship to support us in attracting and engaging with some of the most in-demand talent across our industry through the guidance of our Senior and Lead Talent Architects. As a Talent Architect Intern, you will gain first-hand exposure to the digital talent market, whilst working within our unique landscape of startup-building and corporate venturing. **In this role you will**: - After familiarising yourself with our ventures and their requirements, you will leverage your strong research skills to identify target companies, conduct market-mapping, and build talent market intelligence - Additionally, you will craft compelling and individualised reach-out messages across a range of platforms, including targeted campaigns through our own database - You may support in other ad-hoc duties for the wider cohort, including data cleansing/maintenance, scheduling, and general project work **You should have**: - Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English language proficiency is a must - High attention do detail, as well as excellent teaming and people skills - Interest in one or more of the following: recruiting, employer branding, sales or related fields - Willingness to work under pressure, thriving to hit or exceed performance targets - Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and tenacity is a must - Ability to work full-time for 6 months **Additional desired competencies**: - A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Psychology (preferred) - A couple of previous internships or working student placements (preferred) - Knowledge around startups and/or technology industry is a plus **What we offer you**: At BCGDV we care about our people.
