Tasks As a Talent Acquisition Intern at AGICAP, you will work directly with the General Manager and the Talent Acquisition team. As the company grows, you will be responsible for recruiting talented employees to support further scaling and achieve the goals of the business plan. You will learn hands-on how recruiting works in a rapidly growing scale-up and how to attract A-level talent to a company. We will teach you important skills such as active sourcing, KPI monitoring, employer branding and stakeholder management. **What you will do**: - You recruit new top talent across Germany every month, especially for the Sales and Customer Success departments - You review and communicate your own performance through weekly reports and engage in regular feedback sessions with your team lead **Requirements**: **What you bring**: - You speak English at least at C1 level.
