Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Cloud Architect / Technical Lead, der mit einem interdisziplinären Entwicklerteam an einem Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem arbeitet – einem modularen, cloudbasierten System zur Steuerung und Überwachung kritischer Infrastruktur im Energiesektor.

Aufgaben

Deine Mission:

  • Technische Leitung und Architektur-Design für mehrere agile Entwicklungsteams
  • Gestaltung einer modernen, Cloud-Native Plattform auf Basis von Kubernetes, Microservices und Event Streaming (Kafka)
  • Weiterentwicklung hochverfügbarer Module für Grid Control, Grid Monitoring und Forecasting
  • Sicherstellung von Sicherheits-, Performance- und Resilienzstandards in einem Umfeld mit höchsten Anforderungen (KRITIS / ISMS)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architekt:innen anderer Teams und internationalen Partnern
  • Etwa 60–70 % Hands-on, 30–40 % technische Führung & Strategie
Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

  • 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Cloud-Native Entwicklung oder Architektur (Microservices, K8s, Helm etc.)
  • Erfahrung mit Event Streaming / Messaging (Kafka)
  • Kenntnisse in CI/CD, DevOps und SCADA-Systemen
  • Souveräne technische Führung, Entscheidungsstärke und Stakeholder-Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • EU-Staatsbürgerschaft / Sicherheitsüberprüfung möglich
